1. How often should I take my Supa Mega Greens?

For best results, consistency is key. You should take one serving of Supa Mega Greens first thing in the morning, seven days a week.  Once you order, you’ll receive further instructions on how to reap the most benefits from our product.

Each bottle will last 30 days if you take one scoop daily.
